Caught On Camera Exclusive: Delivery Driver Rescues Toddler From Busy Street At Night

Nicole Comstock reports from Van Nuys where a 2-year-old toddler in diapers was discovered and rescued by a food delivery driver at night in the middle of Burbank Boulevard.

Yes this man is a hero, however WTF??? Where are the child’s parents??? This makes absolutely no sense for a 2 year old to break out of his home in the middle of the night. Stop praising this man and get to the bottom of the child neglect issue. He might of saved his life but the child was returned to his abusers.

Of COUUURRSE they returned the little UNCARED for black boy to his "guardian" and passed the buck to CPS to 'figure things out'. What's another black kid around here anyway...?!?
