Ritika started her journey with HUL in 2017, when she joined as a Management Trainee under UFLP (Unilever Future Leader’s Programme). Her well-executed sales and marketing projects during this stint, stay deployed in India and Africa to this day.

From there, Ritika went on to manage Modern Trade for HUL in Delhi and NCR in 2018. A stint that lasted almost three years, and provided learnings that later helped her become the Trade Category Manager- Foods Division in 2021.

Recently, she took the helm of Lakmé Skincare as Marketing Manager and is off to a phenomenal start. Identifying the potential for growth in the skincare segment, Ritika is ready to bring about a revolution. Ritika continues to stay with HUL, hopeful of an even brighter future for herself and Lakmé.
