As I say Andy, Bush (when it was 'Bush' - not like what it is today - merely a badge) was a quality product. You'll not go far wrong with repairing those old Bush radios. Their design, and engineering teams understood how a good design would be straightforward to service. Little-to-no reason why this repair will not result in a very reliable, and good sounding radio.
