Cute place, nice entry foyer, and I won't comment on the TV placement. If the kitchen needs a tall pantry cabinet it could be placed at the end of the counter instead of a plant. A second means of egress is missing, so it could be where that plant is, or change the bedroom window to French doors. (A small but usually legally-required detail) A good house for a single or couple.

A door where the plant would be a good idea in the kitchen area, and maybe a small counter right behind the dinning table, so one can put a dish down after getting it out of the microwave, or before putting it there, could also act as buffet. Otherwise it’s a cute layout.

I like this put in a door next to the kitchen or a slider in the bedroom I really like this for an outdoor guest house love the front and the way the living room and kitchen are and you could actually make the kitchen smaller because if it is 1 room hotel type use you could really open up the bathroom and make it slightly more luxurious and it is a really nice size. Don’t need a guest bath in that type of usage. Nice.

In the living room I’d take out the two windows that’s next to the fireplace put shelves or paintings. Take out the fireplace put in a built in tv stand. In the kitchen put in a small little pantry if possible.

Side by side laundry more user friendly 4 seniors. Also 2nd door 2 outside. Garage maybe ?!

Nice plan.
A set of French doors could be installed in the bedroom with a small patio off of it rather than the large double window. That would solve the problem of not having a second door.

So perfect in size when it's just me. I want to down size. I don't have a lot any way but another comment below said to have another door would be nice. I agree.
