I'm trying to get a woman and her 9 year old daughter here. I've been talking with for a couple years now. The big problem is she lives in Russia and it is a actively changing situation. At this point I would like to hire a reputable company to assist with this process due to to constantly changing political situation. When I Google this these all feel like scams.
