Passengers scream as plane hits severe turbulence

A Scandinavian Airlines flight to Miami had to turn back to Stockholm after it encountered severe turbulence ✈️

There were no reports of serious injuries.

I used to fly a lot and there always was turbulence. But why suddenly with new planes turbulences seem to be more dangerous?

I always look out the window and yell “we are going down” when I hit turbulence. Been yelled at a lot.
