Thanks for the video! What are the reasons for and effects of changing the amplifier sensitivity in the engineering menu?

I have the AVR11. The one thing i cannot figure out is how to play everything in Multi Channel Stereo. Older DVD's and CD's work fine as does anything via Bluetooth. However alot of Blu Ray and 4K will not convert and doesnt give me the option. Ive called Arcam twice and after long convos they told me it just wouldnt work. I asked to speak to an engineer and they refused. I mean wth!?!? Any ideas?

Is it just one independent subwoofer output on the Arcam avr20? I see there is a sub 2 output. However does that output happen to be independent also.

Build quality is not good on these new Arcam AV Receivers, binding posts really Flimsy, there is a light shining through the power on button, the plastic Material used for display screen, gets Scratched easily when wiping off the dust, with a reading glasses cleaning cloth designed for cleaning. Amp Power is not good either for the money they charge. Big disappointment
