Subluxated lens - anteriorly in the AC

Lens is subluxated in the AC
You can see the pupil deformity
Then we checked the IOP (without fluorescein)

This patient presented with pupil block acute glaucoma
The pressure came down with +++ steroids and IV Diamox
We then did a PI (as can be seen above)
Patient is listed for urgent lens repositioning!
