Interaction studio - Quick Start

In this video, I've taken an Ecommerce website and used interaction studio to capture product/ catalog view events. Eg., when a user opens a product, that information is captured. Now, you can use this data and target various campaigns to user like showing a banner OR sending an offer/ promo email.

What happened at 11:20? I did get the "name" attribute and its value in the preview web mode but when I went to Event Stream and clicked on the latest event, it only showed me like this {"id":"testid", "type":"Product"} . The name attribute is totally missing. I also don't have the "Action or URL" column in the Event Stream like yours?

Hi @Matheswaran Kanagarajan ! Can you please make a video of Abandoned Cart And Browse to make me understand that how by default cart products get added through the triggered campaign? And what are the steps I need to follow for doing campaign through popup and emails ? Interaction studio is new for me, I am not using Interaction studio Classic version. So that I couldn't able to find out right solution for this. Please help.
