My husband has crohn’s colitis. He’s struggled with it for 20 years. At first he was always sick, he’d get better then sick again. He would call them “flare ups”. The past 10 years he’s had it under control with a combination of the right medicine and reduced stress. He doesn’t adjust his diet. Hang in there, I know you’ll do better in time.

i can relate. I was just sick with the flu. I am a nurse and have never had it in 57 years until a few weeks ago. i had all the same symptoms that you had. Yuck glad we are better.
