The Yankees hitting remind me of 2023 Yankees. Juan Soto, Judge have been quiet lately.. Anthony Rizzo, Albert Verdugo, Greyer Torres as well. I hope this isn’t the beginning of Yankees hitting slump down the slippery slope.

Yimi Garcia has been doing a nice job as the Jays closer. His last two opportunites saw him go a total of 3 innings, 9 up 9 down with 7 strikeouts and tonight was just as successful, 3 fly ball outs.

Bassitt is a treat to watch. There are great pitchers with 2, 3 maybe 4 different looks. But 8!? That's awesome.
