Oscar Pettiford bass solo transcription: 'Stardust'

Taken from the 1954 Oscar Pettiford Sextet album featuring, most notably: Tal Farlow on guitar and Max Roach on drums. This particular transcription was completed as a special order from one of my customers. As many of you know, I do a lot of writing for hire in the form of transcriptions, arrangements, lead sheets, original works and harmony parts. This entire album is amazing and all jazz bassists should study arguably the most important bebop pioneer after Jimmy Blanton (who tragically died at just 23 years of age)
