How To Clean A Laptop Screen

From my experience with screens, it's never a good idea to wipe a dry cloth against the screen as the dirt and dust will surely be abrasive to the sensitive surface of the screen. Instead, I'd suggest using water first and spray a little on the cloth before beginning. Otherwise, I agree with you! :)

*When I want to clean the screen I order a replacement screen, install the replacement screen, then, peel off the screen protective layer. There you go it's looking good as new!*
_Side Note: Does anyone want to buy a couple used LCD screens for laptops? They work great!_

Mine vivo book have been for 2 years i dont even have to cleanit its little dusty inside but it hasnt even overheated its always cool i have always gaming mode on beacause i play couple games. And i hope it lasts couple more years cus i genially dont know how long laptops live so if anybody can help me please.

can you use clorox for your laptop, because i use clorox wips for my laptop screen and for my keyboard and trackpad, i dont know if you can clorox for your laptop, and can you use all types of wips for your laptop yes or no??

Ah, what a crock. All's you gotta do is squirt some mayonnaise on the screen, then wipe it off with a banana peel. Works like a _charm._

this is wrong!!! At the apple Genius Bar I was shown to lay the lap top positioning the screen facing up. The reason you don’t want to press a wipe against the screen using your other hand to steady the screen is because you WILL damage the diodes in the screen. Guaranteeing a visit to the apple store for repair…
