You are correct that if the customer was not happy, he would not return. When the hair grows over the ears, any barber will make improvements. While I like sissors, the heavy smashing at the end of each cut negates the plesant sound of the sissors operating. This is only sometimes and is akin to wood block massage which is pleasing in its own right. I can not argue with 431000 subscribers nor sucessfully dispute that ASMR should NOT put people to sleep.
