Law abiding citizens shouldn't have to take a test when criminals are running rampant and don't have to take the test.

so, on rifles and shotguns you can travel with them unloaded without the need of a locked container? but handguns must be in a locked container unloaded that's pretty dumb....

I’m taking my test today if I don’t pass for some divine reason I’m going again Friday. I just get nervous with tests for the fear of me not being able to pass with 100% 😅

Wow, so your Constitutional Right to self defense and the Defense of others without a Certificate are given up when you enter California....amazing

I am certified California FSC Instructor, i.e. I can provide the test, graded it and issue the certificate. I can tell you this is NOT the actual test.

What if I just want to steal my gun or buy it on the black market like all the criminals, do I still have to pass the test?

Do they have a special test for MS13 or the bloods or the crips or any of the other gang members

Fyi,
While the answers in this video are obviously correct. Reality is a bit different.
In regards to the prohibited persons question, a person who has been convicted of a felony in Cali can become a gun owner.
If a person has been convicted of a non violent felony, they can get the case dismissed once time is served, probation or parole has ended and fees for restitution have been paid.

A person can visit the superior court in which the conviction was handed down.
Visit clerks office.
Request a hearing date to expunge felony conviction. (It is important that the felony conviction is down graded to misnomer first, then expunged)
The clerks office will schedule date.
Appear in court, no attorney necessary.
Listen carefully.
Ask questions, including

Your honor, what box do I check on any application moving forward when asked "have you been convicted of a felony" (Very important. )

Feel free again.

Most important thing to know afterwards, move forward, grow up and stay out of trouble. While it may be cool to own a firearm legally again! Thats not the most important thing that comes out of getting a conviction expunged. You can now better yourself and build yourself more confidently within a career. Get after it and do right.
