This is a fast and easy video to follow on How to play Old Maid Card Game.
Instructions:

This is a 2 to 10-player game. The objective of the game is not to hold the joker at the end of the game.

Take a 52-card deck and add one joker to the deck. Shuffle the cards well.

Deal evenly the cards to each player and look at your hand secretly. Each player places all their pairs of cards and place it on the table.

When everyone is done, the dealer fans out his cards to the player on their left and they take a card. If they can make a pair place it on the table. Then that player fans his cards to their left and chooses a card repeating this entire process. Keep doing this until it is not possible to make any pairs and a player that ends up with the joker and is called the old maid loses.

Another way you can play is by adding two jokers, but before shuffling discard a card without looking at it the pair of the discarded card is the new old Maid and so the Old maid is unknown. Whoever ends up with the other pair loses.
The player that holds the Old Maid at the end of the game loses!
