Errol indicated that he sent a contract. The only explanation would be Crawford didn't like some of the terms in the details. Spence is pressuring Bud to sign them by accepting all of his terms hence all the IG and twitter indications plus the interview(saying "if the fight ain't happening it ain't on me"). Maybe that's why Floyd said that.
