There are Murphy beds that incorporate a sofa when the bed is folded up, which would be quite useful in such a tiny apartment.

One thing that I like about your videos is that you do the overhead when you are explaining but then you change the camera angle so you can actually look at a 3-D model of the room and that helps my brain so much! So now you know. 🎉❤😂
