Thanks again, Tasia, for this powerful tutorial. I am looking at Google Photos New Editor as something designed like Lightroom Photo Editor. And to me, Google makes photo editing on the web much more manageable and more consistent with the mobile app. I just love it.

Good info, thanks! Help! I can't figure out how to edit a mirror image or change the setting before taking the picture. Like a backward logo on a t-shirt for ex. 🤔

I rarely use Google Photos for deep editing. If all I need is a quick clean up, then maybe (I'm also a Pixel user so the built-in editing software has some nice features, like the eraser). But for more involved editing I use other software. On mobile, I tend to use Snapseed most often. On PC, I use PhotoDirector primarily. That said, sometimes I'll use

I do not use Google Photos to edit still-image photographs, so this video could help. I have used Photos, the program that comes with Windows 10, to do some photo editing.

Thank you for the video! As a Google One subsciber i also can use the extra tools and i love them! All my photo's (even those taken with my dslr) are edited in Google Photos. Mostly on my Samsung phone, sometimes i use the web editor via my chromebook. Google Photos is excellent and still getting better!

I have an outdated version of Picasa 3, is this Google photo/pixel a free program or is it something you have to pay for? and can i upload black and white scanned negs and turn them into positives using these programs?
