Night Fury is intended to portray a mythological time period, full of adventure and excitement with images of dragons, castles, and other legendary creatures. Composer Carol Brittin Chambers was highly influenced by dramatic film scores while creating this epic, fast-paced composition playable by young musicians.

I really love this piece .I am in 8th grade and I recall the time where me and my other friends got to play this at our clinic concert .I really like how the fast tempo and ensemble set a tone to where it gives you a visual of being on an energetic journey, as it informs us using the description in the beginning of the video.Anyway, how are all of you all out there doing ?

Played this last week for UIL as one of the Clarinets. It was overpowering for our band with 2 so I went solo with the flutes, made all 1's! Super fun and and amazing piece of music. Absolutely recommend learning!
