My ryzen 3700x hits 5571 which is better than 9900k on cinebench r20 which is better than 3800x and 9900k. I don't know how?... you benchmark score show here is 4814. Im confused, i don't know how?...

Just keep in mind with new CPU comes new Motherboard and possible Windows Key. That initial savings could start to wane.
In other words, if you have a i7-9700K, Ryzen 3600x, 3700x or i5-9600K you'd be better off hanging in until at least 11th Gen intel or 4th Gen AMD Zen.
