I have really struggled to understand how to use alternate palettes for things like skin tones. Maybe it looks better than ai think it does (you know how that goes) but I’ve never been able to channel that ability to make rainbow portraits for example.

A tip for drawing portraits is to study the planes of the face. Learn the dimensions of it and try drawing faces with the loomis method.

What technique do I use? Ummm...I don't work with colors lol. When I try to color, I always get stuck in the pencil part of the drawing, always being unsatisfied with a bunch of line strokes, then moving on to the next idea before even getting to color the previous drawing haha. So that's why Im here on this channel, trying to get cured from this habit 🥲
