The State of Emergency is in effect for another week. Why can no one on the board talk about what is going to happen when the Governors State of Emergency ends on November 3rd. This is important because the Hillsborough County State of Emergency is tied to the governors. All we heard from the Chairman is that he's retiring. My impression, at this point, is that we're not his problem. Why are they scared to say anything? We deserve to know what their plans are.
