Man, I love Troy. I was blessed to be able to be old enough to appreciate his career from beginning to end. I remember when he was drafted and his evolution into the best Safety in NFL history in my opinion. Not only a top tier Hall of Fame player but an even better human. I was lucky to meet him once when he was with his family. He was so kind, humble and generous with his time. Troy is an absolute LEGEND!!💯🤙✌️❤️🫡

I was a child in the 90s and was educated on the 70s Steeler legends.

You, Troy - will always be a legend in Steeler history…I watched Kevin Greene, Greg Lloyd, and Levon Kirkland dominate on the field in the middle to late 90s…and I loved it.
When you came in the picture - the perseverance, love for the game, talent, and hard work you gave the team in those years was absolutely stellar and o couldn’t get enough of it. You are my all-time favorite Steeler, even studying and learning rof all the other lengends.
