Max - People who like lemonade that is 52, but they can also like tea and coffee. So in this case 52 like all three.
Vice versa is not true because 73, 80 people cant like lemonade as it is only 52 . SO MAX IS 52

now minimum -
Total preference we have is 73+80+52 = 205

Total people =100
Now we want to keep 3 preferences minimum so we will give 2 each to all of them 100 which equals 200

Now we have 205-200 = 5 preferences left, which we have to distribute so 5 people will take one each
Now we have 95 people with 2 and 5 with 3 preferences. SO MAX 5
