Nov.24 -- German businesses are losing confidence in the outlook after a resurgence in coronavirus cases forced authorities to reintroduce restrictions, putting a halt to the recovery. Companies are "more or less resigned" to the fact that this uncertainty "will remain for some time," Ifo Institute President Clemens Fuest said on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
