A couple of updates with 100+ real world miles on this scooter:

1) The brakes on my unit came super tight, but they quickly loosened up and became less sensitive.
2) Even when I turned off "app optimization" on the NIU App, it still is not working as intended.

Their are foams on the market for flat tires(tubeless) When you have a flat tire then just fill it up with foam/air nd it will seal the puncture
