Have you ever tried using bicarbonate of soda on corrosion? Neutralises the acid. Works like a dream. Just wet slightly to make a slightly ‘runny’ paste. Wash or wipe off. Greetings from Johannesburg, South Africa

Are you sure the 2 blue enamel pots don't go together as a double boiler it doesn't seem like they would both be considered 4 qt. If they are both marked 4 qt. Then I think they mean....this pot " goes with/ is for the 4 qt. Pan? Is it possible that is a hy there is only 1 lid?
