How do you pull the chair off the base leg? I forgot to instal the cover of the leg. Is there any button to push to release the chair base from the stem of the leg base? I tried to pull it but it won't budge. Thanks. Love the chair btw.

How do you go about unlocking the tilt angle adjustment of the chair? I tilted my chair back by pulling the lever, I then locked it by pushing the lever back inwards. But when I pulled out the lever again, it was still locked in place, unable to raise the angle. Please let me know how I can fix this. Do I have a defective model or do I need to pull/push the lever some other way than I did initially?

when u move the armrest left to right...can it lock so u don't accidentally move it?

The lever you use to lower or higher the chair, or to incline, seems too close to the armrest bottom in my m57-m114

Very sad.My chair doesn't lean back anymore. Don't buy these chairs.
