Just got mine in the mail today and it stopped working already. The screen is black and the power button lights up red, but none of the buttons or anything works. I've tried plugging it in to multiple outlets around my house and nothing has helped. I've also tried plugging in cord to the actual player several times with no changes. Everything was plugged in properly so I know that's not the problem. It was working perfectly an hour ago. How can I fix this?

On my phone when I plugged it in on the dock said that there was an app for the clock but I was never able to download it so what is the app called or could you posable send me a link for it

Mine won’t work when I dock my iPhone.Everything is on but when I push time sync it reads “Error”.This is my second one I bought and it still messed up!And now my clock reads 1:48 pm Jan 1 when it’s actually 11:43 am Oct 4 🤔🤦🏾‍♂️

I bought this for my wife but didn't read the details. I plan to give it too her soon and wanted to know if it allows Charge+Music play over the lightning connector while docked? I assume it does but this is my first IHome purchase and can't find a review that confirms or denies it.
