I don't follow this singer or know anything about this music. But as a singer, and a student of music, my personal feeling is that there is beauty in music regardless of if it is "off-tune". Honestly what happened here is that the person felt conscious about singing, and his own limitations in singing at this time. Kudos to him for trying, and to this singer for connecting with her audience in this way. I think it's magic.
