Very helpful insights. For developing cross-platform CRM tools, do you know of any resources on making an extension salesforce compatible without becoming a master in Apex? For an extension built primarily for Infusionsoft or active campaign, would you be able to easily make it work in salesforce with their proprietary langauge?

Recently i got my Salesforce Admin cert and i did that just becouse i heard the same advice from a mentor that i had 5 months ago that if you want to become a salesforce developer, you should know some basics of salesforce. Admin certification is all about the basics (: So, how do you think, what would be the best next step in journey towards salesforce developer career? I read lots of them. Basically i found two main advices - one of them is to get from 6 to 8 salesforce certifications, then learn java/javascript, and then try to land your dev job. The second one is to learn java/javascript, try to do some projects solving real world business problems to get experience, get developer cert and then try to land a salesforce dev job.
I want to become a developer, becouse i believe that technology is where our wourld is heading and i dont want to be left behind (:

Hello Salesforce Mentor, I have a question for you. Would it make sense to get into the tech industry by getting my first job as a salesforce admin and then learning salesforce development to get my feet wet with coding? I ultimately want to get into software engineering - front end work maybe. My interests are diverse - mobile app development, web app development, and front end web dev. Does this make sense?
