Battle IQ goes to Markus for sure, He leads an army of Deviants and is a RK-200 the first of the RK series like the latest model that is Connor, and with Markus' ability being a reconstruct calculating an event to achieve maximum efficiency, suitable to a general or some sort of leadership in the military, where as Connors Pre-Reconstruction is perfect for a Detective, due to its ability to Pre-Reconstruct events that already happened.
