COVID-19: Makeshift crematorium set up in India

A makeshift crematorium has been set up outside a hospital in Delhi as the country struggles to cope with COVID-19.

Sky's special correspondent Alex Crawford says that in one hospital alone in Delhi, 25 COVID patients died because of a lack of oxygen, according to the hospital administrators.

The scenery is really shocking. In the Philippines, cremation is done for all COVID deaths but the bodies are put inside an electric crematorium. I've witnessed two cremations before pandemic in Manila.

My heart breaks for these folks i am canadian and it was shocking to tens of thousands at religious festivals just the other day what were they thinking of really where was the govt to show leadership? The prime minster was even at one of those events
