In assemling this just now I found that laying it on it's side on my bed without the bottom with the casters helped a lot in attaching the back once the arms were attached. Makes it a lot easier to line up the holes with the arms. BTW this is on sale now at Office Depot/Max and also Amazon for $119.99. I bought it at Office Depot with a $37.50 coupon credit coming from CapitalOne Shopping so will end up paying about $98 with tax.

Pretty cool looking chair, Lou. I have always had black office chairs. It's funny that you post this video, since I just got rid of my last chair a few weeks ago. I wanted to try something different, so I purchased a gaming chair for the back support(Bad back. *See old age lol), But again, it is black lol That brown chair of yours is very nice and executive looking...

This set of instructions is misstated.The caption at 1:08 should read "Attach left and right arms to seat back". That's what's taking place in the video and it's the best way to assemble the chair as it's much easier to attach the chair back to the chair seat this way. Doing this is still difficult because the seat and the back are bulky and awkward, but it's virtually impossible to put them together by attaching the arms to the seat first. Also, it's best to complete the chair seat/back assembly first AND THEN mount it on the air hydraulic/star base assembly as the final step. Mounting just the seat first makes the rest of the assembly process much more diffcult

Wait...you never showed the attaching of the chair back to the chair seat. That's the trickiest part to do alone and why I searched for this video. Seriously man why even make the video.

Owned it for about a year before an ugly design flaw reared its' head. The backrest and seat are attached together by the arm rest, such bad design. I weigh about 230 pounds and the bolt hole for the arm rest sheared off the seat. I contacted Office Depot and they're sending me the seat cushion free of charge even though i don't have the receipt, they shipped it fast af after a short 10 minute phone call and i had to email them pictures of the damage so that was fairly painless. Definitely a comfortable chair though.
