NASA | Fermi Finds Radio Bursts from Terrestrial Gamma-ray Flashes

Lightning in the clouds is directly linked to events that produce some of the highest-energy light naturally made on Earth: terrestrial gamma-ray flashes (TGFs). An instrument aboard NASA's Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope was recently fine-tuned to better catch TGFs, and this allowed scientists to discover that TGFs emit radio waves, too.

I was thinking a similar thing. would we be able to get more precise information about the kind of environmental conditions on another planet/world?

Can we then use radio and gamma telescopes to see and hear weather patterns on other planets?

The Mayans were much smarter than most people on Facebook. They had two calenders. They had the 365 day calender that was used for planting crops. They also had a ritual calender that had a year lasting 260 days. This calender was used for ceremonial dates. These two calenders synchronize every 52 years. The synchronization of both calenders is what gives us the December 21, 2112 date.

Nasa Astrophysics, and Heliophysics are the best there is.

Is the much stronger lightning on Jupiter associated with Gamma ray production? How about Saturn and Venus?

Thunder clouds go about as high as a passenger plane travels. Therefore, planes are never above them, they have to be diverted around for obvious reasons.

So yeah, there's not much in the way of dumbing-down by saying what the physical effect is like, instead of what it actually is. But they're leaving out a TON. I'm going to guess that 1992 was your birth year, which means you're probably in college. I'd advocate for you to make yourself as literate in the physical universe as possible while there. But if you're watching this, maybe you already are.
