For all those who stumble across this video I am the owner of this engine that James built. It runs flawlessly in my 67’ C-10. If it’s ever time for a new motor I’ll call James. 0:48

Ran this cam in a 355 for years. Great grind.

Sounds great and according to David Vizard perfect size for street, I had a Comp.Magnum 280 in a 406 but have since changed some things and have been looking at this cam also but I also have an old slightly used Crane Blue Printed Z/28 cam I’m thinking of putting a few bucks into with the problems of todays cam and lifters and use good Chevy lifter with it

What compression are you running? I just ordered that cam for a 9:1 350 2000 stall converter 3.73 gears 2500 lb car hoping for a good runner.

I would call the 270 Mega a nice sounding street cam.
-The 280 Mega sounds very healthy. The Comp 280 Magnum.. Meh. The 110 LSA smoothes it out too much for me.
- I don't know why but the sound of the symmetrical 292 grinds from ISKY, Comp or anyone else never impressed me. Use an asymmetrical split 292/+ and things once again sound healthy.
