The United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Martin Griffiths said that he fears a “slaughter of people in Gaza” amid Israel’s planned ground offensive in Rafah, where more than one million Palestinians are seeking refuge. The international community has been warning of a “humanitarian catastrophe” should Israel execute its plans.

UN should send in its military forces to aid the Palestinians in Gaza, Rafah, and the West Bank just like they did in Ukraine and other parts of the oppressed country? This leaves me to wonder what, the UN should have done before the first Nakba? UN let this happen for 76 years or the day the UN was set up but it was only meant to protect Israel wasn't it!
