This lesson is really on point ! I think those points are essential to modern practice !
In randori we have to fight for an advantage, BEFORE attempting to throw. I always see people trying to throw when this opponent is strong.

I'm not convinced many players break off a collar grip by punching it down and swapping to their non-dominant side. All the other techniques are excellent though, and I see them being used often
