Andrew Sullivan, THANK YOU for saying what needed to be said about Trump! I totally agree! Trump is not "learning on the job". He is not doing anything other than simply reacting childishly to things and doing what is best for him financially. And I totally agree that the Democrats and indeed, we ALL as individuals, need to define what it means to be American. It appears to be up for grabs to the biggest campaign donor right now.

...A public school administrator (I was for many years) is held to a higher standard than THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Being president should have an almost unreachable standard and one which only the most qualified of applicants need apply. Yet, we have a, for lack of a better term, a man-child in office, ill equipped to run a high school, or any office for that matter, let alone THE OVAL OFFICE. Does anyone see something brutally and criminally wrong with this? I have had high school students that are more qualified than DT. where is the rationale to allow this obviously utterly and completely UNQUALIFIED individual to have: access to nuke codes; the ability to order a strike on any country he deems unfriendly (even if it's Australia); able to affect the behaviour of financial markets world-wide; sign executive orders to ban people, regardless of race or religion, from entering the USA; and much, much more. Get rid of this man, please, someone, ANYONE, before he takes us on a path to nuclear annihilation....
