Was struggling to get into the album for a while. Went to the Glasgow Hydro gig and it completely changed my opinion. I eventually got it. Better late than never. Lovely album. As a Man who just turned 50 in September, Song Of The Lake really gets to my soul. My favourite song on the album. Beautiful.

Thank God, Nick Cave discovered from a very young age. The impression his music made on me is the same one it makes on me today. The style is so particular and amazing that one is ecstatic when hearing it. I am a musician and cartoonist, my dream is to one day make a cover for him. Long live Mr. Cave and his phenomenal band.
