I do not have any driver name to show under setting. Reset does not help as well.

When I bought my used vehicle I was having problems logging into the toyota app so the dealer used my wife's as an example. I then couldn't do anything to log into my truck. But Toyota care said to have my wife delete the truck from her toyota app. Once she did that I was able to quickly log in to the entertainment system and then do the hard reset as shown in a different vehicle. Thanks for your help.

You know, this sure fire method that you say always works, does not apply to a 2024 Prius Prime. The options you suggest are not available on my new Prius Prime. I had my digital key enabled at one time but after a few months it no longer works. Where do I go from here?

My problem is we bought a 23 model tundra Saturday. only had 7k miles on it so was way cheaper than a new one. The dealer that sold it to us had used it as a rental. So, in set up it says "Rental Norman" (norman okla where we bought it). Tried everything to reset and still no luck.

I have a 2023 Corolla Hatchback XSE that was made in Japan. Mine does not show a Guest under Settings:Personal info. It is just blank. I’ve tried the reset and it just comes back up on the blue screen. I’m going to try to take it to the dealership on Sunday to see if they can help. And no, it isn’t a fleet. It is a FOB with only 3 miles on the OD when I got her.

Based on a previous comment, it sounds like my DCM is turned off? I have tried resetting the car and now trying to add my car back to my Toyota App after deleting it, but I can’t get the QR code to come up to save my life. Even after resetting my car, the blue screen doesn’t pop up. Not sure if this helps, but I don’t have a “guest” option on my car or anything. PLEASE HELP!!!

2023 prius trying to add a second driver and need the QR code because it's the second prius on the 2nd driver's iPhone Toyota app. Trying the guest account as suggested doesn't bring up the QR code. Really stupid of toyota to not let me just scan the vin for a second driver's second car. Even worse to not just have a 'display QR code' menu item. Very frustrated with the car just now.
