I planted trees for a windbreak along my backyard. Apparently my neighbors like to park there when they have family gatherings so she mowed over my expensive trees. You know I decided I really didn't want to mow around trees & there's plenty of huge trees across the road that block the wind. She has her help mow both my front & back ditches & it works for everyone. I could either make it difficult for both of us, or be a good understanding neighbor...moral of my story, dude don't be a witch

It’s so funny hearing you talk about being a kid back in the day. We lived on a 365 acre ranch that was owned my one of the Dr’s that my mom worked for until they found a house to buy. I loved riding my horse and exploring but do get some really explore, we had to wait until the dead of winter b/c of rattle snakes. Me and a friend decided to go into the woods after a big snow storm, which was very rare in Tx. It was 1976, I remember because it was the year we moved and it was the worst in history to that date. We went way deeper into the woods than we thought, and because I didn’t know the dangers, we crossed a fence. We started out at very early before daylight but we got turned around and couldn’t find our way home. We roamed around u til it was almost dusk and finally came to the highway. We didn’t get home til way after dark. We finally get home and all we got was “Where we’re you”. No one was even worried we’d been gone almost 12 hrs.

😂 we were just talking about when We were kids. "Go outside and play" was what we heard every morning after breakfast. "Just use the hose" if we needed a drink. "It's 10 pm. Do you know where your kids are?" PSA every night to remind our parents they had kids 😅 Try that these days 😮

Where I used to live in Kentucky they have a place called Flealand it's a really big long building that's got different sections and there's this one guy that always sells a whole bunch of these different Swiss army knives and there's big knives and little knives and purdy knives I've never bought one from him before but I always like to go looking at them whenever I go back to Kentucky for a visit. This flea land is only open on Saturdays and Sundays there's also people that sell stuff that's outside of the building they've got like this I don't know this big kind of roofing thing I want to say it's like different pagodas put together and people have different tables and sells stuff and things and things and stuffs 🙂

I'v got a set of Cutco I sold in college in the mid 80's. Still cut tomato's thin. I could get them sharpened free, but I don't want to be without them.😁
