I just bought a Q37C and want some YouTube videos on how to program the machine!! The manual may as well be written in Latin.

I spent nearly $3000 for a poor engineering "ill-liptical" machine. It's very noisy, think of a mild version of being inside a saw mill with emitting noise from a conveyor belt. The faster I run the noisier I hear from the rubber wheels rubbing on the metal tubes. I went back to the shop and tried all the other models, they were all noisy. The salesman said, that the way it should be. Full of S...t. I tested the cheap version $300 at Canadiantire, Walmart, those were almost noiseless, same with those quiet machines at local gyms. I am not putting you down, but the honest opinion from a customer, if you guys listen, it will improve your products.

What does it matter how it sounds, it can be a clanging cymbal for all I care if it can do for me what Octane does. This thing will get you in obscene shape. That's what you should be concerned with...
