Personally I love TF Metallic Mauve, but I understand why some others don’t! I tend to build my eye looks with mattes and then layer shimmers on top, so I prefer sheer sparkly shimmers to pigmented metallics. I don’t mind if a shadow is dry as long as it sticks well, which these did (used my fingers to apply the shimmers). The result is this beautiful purple “daytime smoky” look I can see myself wearing again and again 💜

With respect to the TF quad, Metallic Mauve is indeed a misnomer - for CAN$120 (plus 13% tax) I want every shade to be visible and to stay put on my eyelids for the entire day. Thank you for featuring: Merit’s new primer and lip shade; the new YSL liquid blushes; the Dior contour stick, and; the new RMS lippies. PS: and congrats on the brush collab!

I'm waiting for someone to review the Rose Veil palette 😂 I'm pretty sure that one will be prettier. The shimmers are smoother in the swatches I've seen

Your T59 has become a must have brush for me. I’m going to get a second one. It’s SO SOFT and the size and shape are perfection!!! ❤
I got the RMS in Jayne and Mae. I like Mae but Jayne was too concealer lips on me. I have Pamela and Naomi in an RMS cart waiting to see what they look like on you! I haven’t seen anyone swatch those two or wear them yet!!

Ginger from Merit is one of my favorite lipsticks from the brand. It was kinda surprising it took them a while to release this nude-ish/peachy shade on that formula. I prefer much more than Slip tbh

I don't understand how TF still charges $$$$ for a quad that is mediocre - IF you like glitter. I wouldn't touch this with a ten-foot pole, let alone pay nearly $100 for it!

I ordered the YSL blush in Lavender. I’m hoping to use it with the new Fenty Cheeks Suede Waterproof Powder Blush in Violet. The Fenty blush is very pigmented so I’m hoping this will tone it down and balance it out a bit 💜
