As a Mariners fan, those close calls at the end have gone against us THE ENTIRE YEAR. Just incredibly lucky that we got bailed out on those two should have been strikes. Philadelphia fans, I can relate with y’all on how bad the umps may be, because we haven’t been getting those calls all year for us. As for Mariners fans, I think we all can agree that we will gladly take any wins that we can get against a good team like the Phillies.

Well the M's lost a big game to the Red Sox thanks to missed calls at the plate - tonight they win because of them (at least in part). Nice hold by the bullpen and good job to the offense for clawing their way back. Let's hope for the sweep - go M's!

I agree with many Phillies fans that there were a couple of pitches to Mitch in that 10th inning that were blown but that has been the story all season with almost all MLB umpires missing calls for both teams on a field

I’m a Braves guy and this has just been a strange season. Injuries and simultaneous prolonged slumps seem to be the order of the day with NL East teams. We even had Seattle before playing Los Angeles (that stretch showed me all I needed to know about the Bravos).

Umpire blatantly missed a strike 3 call at the last at bat. Cost us the game. Was right over the plate. Even on pitchcast. Unbelievable. This is whats going to make us lose again in playoffs. Terrible umpires. Why cant they dispute balls and strikes at a MAJOR league level, but do in other leagues? Makes no sense.
