China's army has 300 million men, that's one soldier for every citizen in America. Over 1/3 of America's navy is mothballed due to lack of personnel. More than 1/3 of our aircraft is also mothballed due to lack of pilots. China has also been holding exercises in Canada meaning they can start an invasion on our northern border, it's likely that Mexico would allow them access to our southern border.
