Hindu is an inorganic expression - how can a person who cannot sit by the side of another Hindu be a Hindu ? The truth is if one is not a Brahmin, Kshatriya, vaishnav or sudes you are not even a hindu by the book ! These castes are not equal before the same god is another fact and one has to be of low self esteem to accept the caste pecking order !

When you guys started with the cast sensus in our country most of you concluded saying dividing the country for vote bank ... When it comes to freebies you guys said it should go to the people who are in need... How do you know who is in need when you don't have the cast sensus? It's a cycle... Cast sensus is done to know who is in need and what government schemes have to be initiated for the betterment of the people who are in real need.

Sujit Sir, honestly the first 10 to 12 minutes discussion very unproductive. Further, when there is an ideological war is on at the moment, that too with a govt that has been proved as fascist, a govt that has all the power: agencies, courts, bureaucracy, mainstream media, it's disappointing to hear youngsters on your panel to be nonchalant & unconcerned. There are many problems in our federal structure
1. GST devolution is flawed
2. Issue of revenue deficit grants getting explited by few states, who literally put zero efforts at collecting taxes
3. Issue of increase non devolution tax eg Cess
4. Random budgetary borrowing limits on states

One of the crucial point of contestation is tying of state resources to centrally sponsored schemes ..

Example: PM AWAS Yojana
Centre will fund 60% only
While state will provide for rest 40%

Now look clearly what is the name of scheme— IT’s Prime Minister who gets all the credit for the cooperative scheme between state and centre

Again, the centre unilaterally handcuffs the spending powers of state . 40% fund of state finances is directly controlled by centre
