1ο κλάδεμα διαμόρφωσης βρώσιμου δάσους / 1st year of pruning of the food forest

Το πρώτο κλάδεμα είναι γεγονός! Τα οπωροφόρα σε αντίθεση με τη συμβατική Γεωργία δεν τα κλαδεύουμε μέσα στο λήθαργο του χειμώνα αλλά όταν ξυπνάνε. τα βοηθητικά είδη μπορούσαμε για μέγιστα αποτέλεσματα να περιμέναμε λίγο καιρό ακόμα αλλά δεν κρατιόμασταν. Σε δυο μήνες το βρώσιμο δασος θα γίνει καταπράσινο και θα αρχίσει να παίρνει μορφή και θα γεμίσει ζωή!

The first pruning has come! The fruit trees, in contrast with conventional agriculture, we don’t prune them during the dormancy on the winter , but when they break it. For the support species we could have waited a bit longer but we couldn’t hold ourselves. In two months our food forest will be total green, it will fill up with life and it will take a more definitive shape!
