Solid tools are great for intersecting or connecting solids! But what happens when the solids you want to intersect are SUPPOSED to have holes in them? What about something like pipes? This is exactly the issue that Aaron tackles in this video!

Using xray view helps to show all the inside geometry or hidden lines too. Pulling the pieces apart was a nice touch though. Keep up the good work Aaron

Very nice. Can you try drawing ABS Pipe Fittings? This technique does not work that well when you are intersecting the pipes with sweeps in them. Try a 2" Sanitary Tee for example.

Why such a complicated process with the L shaped pipe? Doing just a circle, L shaped lines and follow me way faster and easier… or do I miss something? I never use SketchUp web
